One lineage from sources to outcomes
Sources, claims, evidence, insights, signals, actions and outcomes are linked records in one workspace. You can trace any signal, insight or action back to its sources and forward to its outcome.

The problem
Separate tools keep separate memories
When research, monitoring and reporting live in separate tools, each one forgets what the others learned, and nothing can be traced from end to end.
How it works
- Sources. Pages and discussions are stored with type, host and retrieval date, whether they came from research or from a monitor check.
- Claims and evidence. Sources become atomic claims, linked to evidence that supports, contradicts or contextualises them.
- Insights and signals. Interpretations and detected changes both rest on claims, so both keep their lineage.
- Opportunities, decisions and actions. Approved insights framed as opportunities become actions. Approvals and rejections are recorded.
- Outcomes. Record what happened after an approved action. Counts by action type show what has worked.
Evidence and provenance
- Any signal, insight or action can be traced up to its sources and down to its outcomes.
- Rejected insights and dismissed signals stay in the record and are never used as support.
- Outcome counts are plain tallies. No automated learning is claimed.

FAQ
Intelligence graph: common questions
Is it a graph database?
No. It is the same relational data viewed as one lineage. The graph view and trace tools are how you navigate it.
Does it learn from outcomes?
It records them and shows what has worked by action type. Using outcomes to rank future intelligence automatically is a later capability.
Are rejected insights still visible?
Yes. Rejected insights and dismissed signals stay in the record, marked as rejected or dismissed, and are never used as support.
