Actions that trace back to an approved insight

An action is a draft built from an approved insight, in one of seven types. It keeps its trace to the insight, claims and sources, and nothing is sent or published.

Handling “they can be live in a day”

  • Ask: how many client projects need to move, and who rebuilds the client portals?
  • Say: their import covers projects and tasks; ask the prospect to confirm portal migration time.
  • Don’t say: “Meridian takes weeks.” Evidence is contested (C-014), not settled.
The “don't say” line exists because C-014 is contested.

The problem

Findings reach a slide without their sources

Findings get pasted into a deck and the source trail is dropped. The sales team gets a talking point nobody can check.

How it works

  1. Start from an approved insight. Actions draw on approved insights only. Unapproved insights are blocked.
  2. Pick an action type. Positioning, campaign direction, content, sales battlecard, outreach, product opportunity or report.
  3. Keep the trace. Each action shows the insight, claims and sources it came from, and its wording respects contested evidence.
  4. Review and export. Review the output, then export it as Markdown or JSON.

Evidence and provenance

  • Each action links back to its insight, claims and sources, and each link opens.
  • Contested claims are worded as contested, never as settled facts.
  • Exports carry the lineage references.
  • Actions are reviewed before they are exported.

Capability status

  • Evidence-linked actionsPositioning, campaigns, content, battlecards, outreach, product opportunities and reports.

FAQ

Actions: common questions

Is this an AI copywriter?

No. Sigblaze does not publish anything and is not a content generator. Actions are drafts that carry evidence into the work.

Which export formats exist?

Markdown and JSON today. CSV and PDF are later.

Can I trace an action back to its sources?

Yes. Each action shows its insight, claims and sources, and each reference opens the stored object.
